The Pool
The pool at Stonebridge is available to members and their guests and is open from Memorial Day weekend until at least Labor Day. In 2023, the pool became self-managed and is now completely operated by the board of directors and a host of employees and volunteers. It is equipped with a three-foot shallow end for our youngest of swimmers, and goes all the way to five feet. A lap lane provides access to the serious swimmers looking for exercise. New furniture was purchased in the summer of 2024. The pool hosts a variety of events including annual luaus, cookouts, and is also available for private rental.
The Cabana
The poolside cabana provides permanent shade and is equipped with a grill, beverage stand, and several tables and chairs. It is frequently the site of special events including potlucks, ice cream sundae bars, and hotdog weekends.
The Playground
Situated on the southeast corner of Brosmer-Cook Park, the children's playground area includes multiple swings, slides, and climbers. It features regulation depth rubber mulch and is open daily from dawn to dusk.
Sports Facilities
Stonebridge offers a fenced in tennis court. With the recent rise is popularity of pickleball, the community added pickleball lines in 2023, which allows the space to serve multiple purposes. Future plans include resurfacing the entire area and adding additional pickleball squares, while maintaining a full size tennis court. The adjacent concrete area hosts a hoop dedicated to basketball enthusiasts.
